Aladdin Kebab Grill offers delivery services through third-party delivery platforms (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, and similar services) as well as direct phone orders for pickup. Delivery availability, fees, and estimated times are subject to change.

Our delivery service covers a defined radius around our restaurant at 11407 Spring Cypress Rd, Tomball, TX 77377. Delivery availability to specific addresses may vary depending on the platform used and current driver availability.

We reserve the right to decline delivery orders outside our serviceable area.

Delivery fees are determined by the third-party platform handling the delivery and may vary based on distance, demand, and platform policies. Aladdin Kebab Grill does not control or set delivery fees charged by third-party platforms.

Any delivery fees, service charges, or tips are separate from the cost of food and are non-refundable once a delivery has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

• Order volume and kitchen preparation time
• Traffic and road conditions
• Weather conditions
• Driver availability
• Distance from our restaurant

Aladdin Kebab Grill is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

We take great care in preparing your order accurately. If you need to modify or cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at 832-559-1110. Once an order has entered preparation, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.

We prepare all food fresh and package it carefully to maintain quality during delivery. However, we cannot guarantee food temperature upon arrival, as this depends on delivery time and conditions beyond our control.

We recommend consuming delivered food promptly upon receipt. Aladdin Kebab Grill is not responsible for food quality degradation resulting from delayed consumption after delivery.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect items delivered
• Missing items from your order
• Food safety concerns (with photographic evidence)
• Order not delivered

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with spice level, portion size, or personal taste preferences, as these are subjective. We encourage customers to review menu descriptions carefully before ordering.

When ordering through third-party platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.), the platform's own terms and conditions, refund policies, and dispute resolution processes also apply. Aladdin Kebab Grill is not responsible for platform-specific issues including app errors, payment processing, or platform-side delivery failures.

We support contactless delivery options. If you require contactless delivery, please specify this in your order notes. Our delivery partners will leave your order at the designated location and notify you upon arrival.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, no one being available to receive the order, or inaccessible delivery location, the order may be returned or disposed of. In such cases, a refund may not be issued for the food cost.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate when placing your order.

Aladdin Kebab Grill's liability for any delivery-related claim is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from delivery issues.
